We would recommend that parents ensure provision of a drink for every training session their child attends.
Q: If we are running late, can my son/daughter still participate?A: If you arrive within the first 10 minutes (5 minutes for S1) of your class, you can still participate. If you arrive any later than 10 minutes (5 minutes for S1) we cannot allow you to join in due to the fact you have missed allocated warm-up time and this could lead to injury.
This is for the gymnast's own safety and a final decision by a coach should not be challenged.
A: We would hope that this type of situation should never arise, however if you would like to speak to someone about an issue in regards to your son/daughter please contact our Welfare Officers, Shadi Ardehali [pronounced Shar-dee Ar-duh-har-lee] or Cathy McArevey, who are trained and have undergone British Gymnastics & NSPCC Time to Listen Course and they will help you from there.
